Operations Manager
, who will be leading a
Cloud Products Business Development
project, tasked -among other tasks- with coordinating a group of team leads, interacting regularly with the clients to share updates, leading operational and project/ program level reviews. This role requires a leader who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates with clarity and empathy, and drives performance through data and collaboration.
The
Operations Manager
will be leading the
Business Development
teams responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engage decision-makers, and drive revenue growth. These teams will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their business needs to unlock the power of Google Cloud Platform solutions. Your mission: to ensure performance, inspire teams, and deliver measurable growth through data-driven decision-making and client-centric leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a group of team leads, and is primarily Responsible for delivering to SLAs and schedule for tasks performed
- Drive team performance, KPI management, reporting, taking resource decisions, AI planning
- Handle day-to-day operations with focus on analytics, coaching, recognition, and performance management
- Interact regularly with the clients to share updates, lead operational and project/program level reviews
- Responsible for client and employee satisfaction and reduce attrition by working closely with HR, while also collaborating with other process owners and training and quality managers to share best practices and drive higher results
- Operationally focused with solid understanding of the workflow with skills to Handle client interactions
- Develop and execute the Teleperformance strategic vision aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in operations.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand the existing business (such as new markets or customer segments for business expansion, additional services, increased volume share, etc.).
- Act as the designated point-of-contact for the assigned Client
- Contribute to the annual budget, making strategic decisions to allocate resources effectively.
- Control costs and maintain the project on track financially
- Monitor of inventories and order of supplies needed to accomplish the departmental goals
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth contact center operations.
- Oversee and manage the team, and the performance management process to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the availability and control the accuracy of regular reports on contact center performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize contact center performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from both customers and team members.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, company policies, internal and external Standards.
- Foster a positive work environment where people feel safe and valued through leading in accordance with the company's values and policies, listening actively and acting upon feedback
Job Requirements & Experience
- 4-8 years in a managerial position as a Business Development / B2B Sales lead, or as a Marketing or Customer Service executive, or another related field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related Business field
- Post-Graduate Studies, or equivalent, will be considered an asset
- English language skills C1 level or above
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams through process improvement, aligning operations with strategic goals.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Experience in IT outbound sales prospecting will be considered an asset
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms will be considered an asset
- Working experience in a BPO environment will be considered as an asset
What we offer
- Total Annual Compensation: €88,000 – €110,000
