Description

We seek to employ talented POS Management Officer who will join the Operations department and be part of the POS Management team within Euronet Merchant Services entity. The successful candidate will be based in Athens and will be reporting to the Head of POS Management.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Second line support to Merchants.
  • Preparation of the Daily POS Production.
  • Inventory and Stock Control management.
  • TMS (Terminal Management System) & Key Management responsibilities.
  • Work with the team to resolve support issues in a timely manner.
  • Work to meet strict deadlines.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical/customer support roles.
  • Experience in POS management, POS operations and support, call centers and payment systems will be considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Eligible to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

  • Ability to comprehend different system configurations and provide solutions.
