Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Train, supervise and support the staff
Schedule shifts
Ensure timely and accurate customer service
Handle complaints and specific customers' requests
Troubleshoot emergencies
Prepare and monitor budget of labor cost
Tracking and monitoring payments from various booking sources
Ensure company's policies and security requirements are implemented
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or in related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager role in a 5* hotel environment
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of German language
Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM
Previous experience in reservation department
Excellent leadership and communication skills
