Service Manager

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καθημερινή παρουσία στα τμήματα Service (4 εστιατόρια, δύο χώροι πρωινού buffet, room service, κεντρικό bar), διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση όλων των καθιερωμένων SOP.
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού για την επιλογή, εκπαίδευση και αξιολόγηση του προσωπικού.
  • Συμμετοχή στον προϋπολογισμό και την πρόβλεψη εσόδων/κόστους σε συνεργασία με τον F&B Manager.
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης, σε συντονισμό με τον Executive Chef για την ομαλή εκτέλεση των μενού.
  • Διαχείριση του κόστους εργασίας στα τμήματα Service, βάσει των καθορισμένων προϋπολογισμών.
  • Διατήρηση υψηλών προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας σε όλους τους χώρους ευθύνης.
  • Προγραμματισμός και συντονισμός συνεδρίων, εκδηλώσεων και όλων των banquets του ξενοδοχείου, σε συνεργασία με As. F&B, Executive Chef και Sales Manager.
  • Συνεργασία με τον Purchasing Manager για την κάλυψη λειτουργικών αναγκών.
  • Χειρισμός παραπόνων με στόχο τη μεγιστοποίηση της ικανοποίησης των επισκεπτών.
  • Εφαρμογή νέων διαδικασιών και ενεργειών για συνεχή βελτίωση της εμπειρίας των επισκεπτών και αύξηση των εσόδων.

Προσόντα

  • Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε πολυτελή καταλύματα 5* σε αντίστοιχη ή ανώτερη θέση.
  • Εμπειρία στην ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση μεγάλων, διαφοροποιημένων ομάδων Service.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (επιπλέον γλώσσες θα θεωρηθούν πλεονέκτημα).
  • Άριστη γνώση πρότυπων εξυπηρέτησης σε fine dining, casual dining, room service και banqueting.
  • Γνώση διεθνών κανόνων HACCP & ISO.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης παραπόνων και ανάπτυξης σχέσεων με επισκέπτες υψηλών απαιτήσεων.
