Τα έργα αφορούν υπηρεσίες IT Service Management ITSM και επικεντρώνονται στον σχεδιασμό, υλοποίηση, λειτουργία, παρακολούθηση και συνεχή βελτίωση των διαδικασιών διαχείρισης IT υπηρεσιών. Στόχος είναι η αξιοπιστία, ποιότητα και αποδοτικότητα των IT υπηρεσιών, μέσω της εφαρμογής τυποποιημένων πρακτικών όπως το ITIL και της χρήσης εργαλείων όπως το ServiceNow.

Requirements

Θέσεις – Ρόλοι

IT Services Management Lead | Στρατηγικός υπεύθυνος ITSM. Καθοδηγεί ομάδες, εξασφαλίζει την ευθυγράμμιση των υπηρεσιών με τα πρότυπα (π.χ. ITIL, ISO), με βαθιά γνώση εργαλείων όπως το ServiceNow.

IT Services Management Manager | Επιβλέπει καθημερινές λειτουργίες ITSM. Βελτιστοποιεί διαδικασίες, παρακολουθεί KPIs, και συνεργάζεται διατμηματικά για συνεχή βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών.

IT Services Management Consultant | Παρέχει συμβουλευτική για την υλοποίηση/βελτίωση ITSM διαδικασιών. Εξειδίκευση σε ITIL, ServiceNow, και προσαρμογή λύσεων στις ανάγκες του οργανισμού.

Ενδεικτικές  Δραστηριότητες/ Aρμοδιότητες:

  • Χαρτογράφηση και τυποποίηση διαδικασιών ITSM (Incidents, Problems, Changes).
  • Εφαρμογή πλαισίου συνεχούς βελτίωσης με βάση KPIs και SLA reports.
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση SLAs μεταξύ των των τμημάτων IT και των επιχειρησιακών μονάδων, έλεγχος συμμόρφωσης
  • Δημιουργία αναφορών απόδοσης σε σχέση με τους στόχους των SLAs, και ανασκόπηση δεδομένων απόδοσης υπηρεσιών. Αναθεώρηση SLAs.
  • Αξιολόγηση των υπηρεσιών IT Service Management, ανασκόπηση βάσει KPIs . Βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών μέσω ανατροφοδότησης και αξιολόγησης.
  • Yποστήριξη για πιστοποιήσεις (όπως ISO και ενσωμάτωση βέλτιστων πρακτικών ITIL.
