What You'll Do:

  • Lead the AI unit, driving innovation across NLP, neural networks, and optimization models
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy ML-powered solutions
  • Manage priorities, resources, and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Communicate with stakeholders to promote AI adoption and alignment with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with AI-related regulations and best practices

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
  • Strong Python and C++ skills, with solid knowledge of math and ML foundations
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or similar tools is a plus
  • Proven leadership in deploying real-world machine learning solutions
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
