You'll own the entire sales motion, from lead generation to closing, while shaping PlugSecure's go-to-market strategy.We're particularly interested in candidates with proven experience in cybersecurity and/or energy sectors, who can translate technical value into tangible business outcomes.This role requires a hands-on leader who combines deep industry understanding with sharp commercial instinct. If you're a strategic closer who thrives in fast-growing environments and can build trusted relationships with enterprise clients, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:As Head of Sales at PlugSecure, you'll lead our commercial expansion and own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract and long-term partnership. You'll shape the go-to-market strategy and work closely with leadership to position PlugSecure as the trusted cybersecurity layer for the e-mobility and energy ecosystem.Develop and execute PlugSecure's sales strategy across target markets.Lead demos and client discussions.Translate complex cybersecurity and compliance topics into clear commercial value.Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, from qualification to negotiation and close.Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring recurring revenue and upsell opportunities.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and pricing.Report directly to the CEO, contributing to company-wide strategy and growth decisions.What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within cybersecurity, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors.Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and building long-term client relationships.Strong understanding of SaaS models, technical sales cycles, and compliance-driven buying processes.Excellent communicator, equally confident in front of technical teams and C-level executives.Highly organised and execution-driven, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple accounts.Strategic mindset with hands-on attitude, you can build the plan and make it happen.Startup DNA: proactive, resourceful, and driven by impact, not titles.> Bonus points if you:Have worked in cybersecurity, e-mobility, or infrastructure tech.Speak German, Dutch or French at a professional level.Have experience managing penetration testing or audit delivery projects.What We Offer:Competitive salary depending on experience.Performance-based bonus for every closed deal, rewarding measurable results.Stock options – we believe in sharing success.Budget for training, certifications & conferences.Work from anywhere, with access to Spaces lounges across Europe in a collaborative, international environment.Opportunity to work on an innovative product shaping the future of cybersecurity for e-mobility.A collaborative, fast-paced startup culture with a talented and passionate team.Ready to secure the future of e-mobility?Apply now.
