Η ICAP Employment Solutions, για λογαριασμό πελάτη, κορυφαία εταιρία με δραστηριότητα στον κλάδο ασφαλειών οχημάτων, αναζητά "Claims Advisor"
για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα αποζημιώσεων, με στόχο την παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση φακέλων ζημιών.

Requirements

  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση φακέλων αποζημιώσεων (αυτοκίνητο, περιουσία, υγεία).
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες, συνεργάτες και πραγματογνώμονες για συλλογή και αξιολόγηση στοιχείων.
  • Εξασφάλιση ταχείας και δίκαιης διεκπεραίωσης των αποζημιώσεων.
  • Συνεργασία με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα για την επίλυση υποθέσεων.
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών και κανονιστικού πλαισίου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα αποζημιώσεων ασφαλιστικής εταιρίας θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών υποθέσεων.
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
