Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Executive based in Athens. The Event Executive will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients to understand their event goals, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors and venues, and ensuring high-quality event delivery. The role also involves troubleshooting on-site challenges and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Budget Management, minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Client Relations, Vendor Management, and Team Collaboration
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Risk Management
  • Ability to handle Logistics, Scheduling, and On-Site Event Operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in live, hybrid, or digital event formats is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expert time management skills.
