Job Description

Senior Corporate Communications Manager

What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, maintaining a strong corporate brand identity.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the company's narrative and positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, industry analysts, and media outlets.
  • Act as a company spokesperson, preparing executives for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, native articles and advertorial content.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to communicate company news, initiatives, and culture-building efforts.
  • Manage crisis communication efforts, along with external agencies, ensuring rapid response and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Monitor public perception and proactively address potential reputation risks.
  • Oversee corporate storytelling across various platforms, including social media, and blogs.
  • Work with marketing and digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
  • Work closely with our external PR agency to refine media plans and enhance our communication strategy.
  • Lead strategic communication planning, ensuring alignment across departments and influencing key business decisions.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on communication risks and opportunities, acting as a trusted counsel in high-impact moments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in a senior-level or decision-making role within a communications function.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Experience managing media relations and crisis communications.
  • Proficiency in digital communications, including social media and content marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and driving solutions.
