Let's start with the role

We are seeking a self-driven professional to join our Internal Communications team, which is part of the Corporate Communications Division, based in our HQ in Athens.

As a Corporate Communications Executive, Internal Comms, you will work closely with our Internal Comms team to deliver timely and engaging communications that foster connections among our employees worldwide. Our team focuses on cascading Strategy within the organization, keeping people informed of all key developments, community building across our markets, and celebration of our achievements. We handle everything from internal announcements and campaigns to hybrid events that align with company objectives and strategy, enhancing our employer brand.

We are looking for a creative individual with fresh ideas, a can-do attitude, and attention to detail. You should be eager to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

• Ensure clear, consistent messaging across the company through the most impactful channels.
• Develop and implement internal communications plans and tactics using tools like Slack, email, video, branding, presentations, and events.
• Create authentic and timely content aligned with the communications strategy for various occasions.
• Build relationships to become a trusted adviser to business stakeholders across different levels and regions, helping them achieve their communications goals.
• Manage internal events, both digital and in-person, ranging from management offsites to employee celebratory events.
• Support cross-functional campaigns and projects, collaborating with HR and Employer Branding teams to help shape our company culture.
• Regularly measure and present results of our internal communication efforts.

What you'll bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, social media, or PR
• Exceptional writing skills in both English and Greek, with the ability to transform complex information and data into engaging and captivating content.
• A digital mindset with proficiency in various communication channels and platforms, including email, Slack, Intranet, Zoom, G-Suite and social media, with a willingness to explore new technologies.
• Ability to confidently build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and employees, establishing trust as an expert in crafting and sharing messages.
• Comfortable with a hands-on approach to multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, Communications, or Marketing/PR is desirable. A Master's degree in these fields will be considered a plus.
