Your mission will be

We are seeking an experienced and diligent in-house Lawyer to provide legal advice and oversee the legal aspects of our real estate services.

Your tasks will include:

• Provide full-scale day-to-day operational legal support for all legal affairs within the organisation
• Draft and review, negotiate legal documents, including commercial contracts, agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice to the Group companies on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and their services.
• Provide legal advice to business and company stakeholders on regulatory matters relating to operation of the company.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Provide legal support on corporate governance matters and support Board of Directors and Committees, including preparation for Board and Committee meetings, preparing, managing and implementing corporate governance and related policies and preparing, managing and implementing corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, KYC requirements, GDPR and regulations that apply to the business.
• Promote legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the Group.
• Manage full spectrum of external counsel engagement.
• Work closely with the senior management and Board of Directors.
• Stay up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly related to real estate laws and emerging industry trends.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in corporate law, commercial law, and real estate. Any previous experience as an in-house lawyer in a corporate environment will be strong advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputable institution, with a strong foundation in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
• Full proficiency in oral and written English is mandatory (C1+ level)
• Strong understanding of local real estate regulations
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documentation across different business functions.
• Practical experience in advising on real estate transactions, including leasing, property sales, and related disputes.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the company's strategic goals and provide legal solutions that enable growth and minimise risk.
• Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation skills
