Main responsibilities

  • Engage in the drafting of various corporate and commercial agreements (shareholders' agreements, services agreements, share/asset transfer agreements, operation and maintenance contracts etc.).
  • Legal support in the setting up of new companies (corporate matters, equity matters).
  • Ensure high quality legal advice in day-to-day corporate law matters and assist the companies and/or their investors.
  • Legal due diligence work (corporate, contractual, private and public tenders).
  • Provide practical legal advice and support on a wide range of agreements and corporate finance transactions.
  • Transaction support (M&A, project development) to more senior team lawyers.
  • Legal project management of transactions.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Master's degree in Business Law, Commercial & Corporate or another relevant field, from a top-tier University in Europe or USA.
  • Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.
  • Excellent command of English (both oral and written).
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in corporate and commercial law and/or M&A transactions.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail.
  • Commitment, integrity, team spirit and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and commercial awareness.
