Let's start with the role

Kaizen Gaming is looking for a driven and strategic Corporate Responsibility & Communications Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team. Based in Greece and reporting to the Corporate Responsibility Senior Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping and executing our Corporate Responsibility strategy, while also supporting broader corporate communications and external relations initiatives across our markets.This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned communications professional with a strong background in sustainability, community impact, and strategic storytelling to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment in the GameTech industry.

• Review ongoing CSR initiatives and collaborate with external partners such as NGOs and agencies to ensure alignment with Kaizen Gaming's global strategic priorities;
• Attend cross-functional meetings to align on project goals, brief agencies on new CSR and Communications initiatives across the company's operating markets, and manage the evaluation of grant applications;
• Plan and execute events, coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, and develop content to support both CSR and external communications;
• Monitor relevant performance metrics, track public sentiment, and contribute to the development and maintenance of issues management communication plans.

What you'll bring:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in corporate responsibility, communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-border communication strategies, leading teams, and delivering complex projects across multiple markets;
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Responsibility or a related discipline. Other academic backgrounds will also be considered;
• Experience managing diverse teams and agencies within a matrix or international structure;
• Strategic thinking paired with strong project management and analytical skills;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects — from CSR campaigns and grant allocation to relationship building and integrating CSR messaging into broader corporate narratives, media stories, and stakeholder communications;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder alignment abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to thrive and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus;
• Previous experience in the gametech, gaming, technology, entertainment, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly valued.
