The Challenge

You'll own interfaces and systems that bring humans and AI together in real financial workflows. This isn't about fitting AI into old systems — it's about inventing new ways for people to work side-by-side with intelligent agents. You'll work across the stack to shape how our platform interacts with messy financial data, complex workflows, and real-time decision-making. There are very few examples to draw from, so expect real technical and product design challenges.

Your Impact

• Design and build user interfaces where finance teams collaborate with AI agents
• Create performant frontend architectures to handle complex financial workflows and AI interactions
• Create intuitive ways for users to review, correct, and guide AI decisions
• Work across the stack to build backend services, model data, and design robust platform contracts
• Build reliable integrations with external financial platforms and 3rd party APIs

What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of experience building products at top startups or scaleups; fintech is a big plus
• Strong experience with and TypeScript
  in production
• Strong product sense and UX skills — you care about how things look, feel, and work
• Experience developing backend services (e.g. Python, REST, distributed systems)
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and data modeling for complex workflows
• Knowledge of containerization and deploying to cloud environments (e.g. GCP)
• Experience writing testable, well-structured code
