Import/Export Operator
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partner to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation for all stock movements.
  • Maintain and update logistics data in our internal systems.
  • Assist in optimizing transportation routes and costs.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environment (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, 3PL partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations is a plus.
