The successful candidate will offer clerical support to administrative departments and organizing daily tasks to support the daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Performing general secretarial duties, including dealing with correspondence, bookings, typing, formatting texts etc.
- Managing phone calls & emails
- Maintaining office supplies/ordering
- Maintaining databases and keeping accurate records.
- Supervising working place maintenance.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
- Multitasking, effective organization, prioritization and time management skills.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, flexibility & Speed.
- Problem solving mind-set, ability to effectively solve office-related issues.
- Teamwork Oriented.
- Degree in Office Management, business, or a similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- At least one year experience in Maritime field
- Fluency in English
