The successful candidate will offer clerical support to administrative departments and organizing daily tasks to support the daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Performing general secretarial duties, including dealing with correspondence, bookings, typing, formatting texts etc.
  • Managing phone calls & emails
  • Maintaining office supplies/ordering
  • Maintaining databases and keeping accurate records.
  • Supervising working place maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
  • Multitasking, effective organization, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Adaptability, self-motivation, flexibility & Speed.
  • Problem solving mind-set, ability to effectively solve office-related issues.
  • Teamwork Oriented.
  • Degree in Office Management, business, or a similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • At least one year experience in Maritime field
  • Fluency in English
