- Proven experience in managing large F&B operations in a high-turnover environment.
- Graduate of a Tourism Management or Hospitality Business Administration program, from Greece or abroad.
- Proficient in the use of PC, MS Office, and Micros systems.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Expertise in à la carte dining, oenology, and bar operations.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing F&B operations in a hotel setting.
- Proficient in cost management, including procurement, ordering, pricing, and inventory.
- Involvement in menu creation and control, ensuring high culinary standards.
- Responsible for the planning, supervision, guidance, and training of staff.
- Efficient handling of customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Development of work schedules and effective management of staff hours.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
