Role Description

  • Providing first-level support and resolving technical issues
  • Properly escalating unresolved inquiries to the next level of onsite support
  • Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to the correct resources.
  • Installation of workstations and the necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
  • Preferably working experience in IT Helpdesk support role or in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of helpdesk software.
  • Provide remote or local technical support.
  • Good level of English language (verbal and writing)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Driver License.
