Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Εξετάζει και επιλύει το σύνολο των τεχνικών ζητημάτων που αφορούν στον εταιρικό εξοπλισμό ή λογισμικό πληροφορικής των εργαζομένων της εταιρείας.
  • Ενημερώνει το μητρώο των χρηστών όσον αφορά στο υλικό, στο λογισμικό και στα δικαιώματα πρόσβασης
  • Ελέγχει ζητήματα που αφορούν στις αίθουσες συσκέψεων και επιλύει πιθανά προβλήματα σχετικά με τη συνδεσιμότητα και τη ρύθμιση
  • Προτείνει βελτιώσεις στις υπάρχουσες διαδικασίες και ροές, προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί μέγιστη επιχειρησιακή απόδοση

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων / Επιστήμη Υπολογιστών / Μηχανική Υπολογιστών ή συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο.
  • 2 - 3 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση/τμήμα
  • Γνώση  JIRA ως διαχείριση συμβάντων, Office365, CRM Dynamics,  (επιθυμητό)
  • Εμπειρία στον κλάδο της ενέργειας (επιθυμητή)
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών & Ελληνικών σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
