Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of European and national projects at the forefront of innovation in a wide range of fields. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing EU-funded projects, being responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the project, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or a related field is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills is a must.
• Master diploma is considered as an asset.

Expertise

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 2+ years of project management experience on H2020-HE Research and Funding Frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and executing national and European projects, from inception to delivery by allocating proper time, budget and resources efficiently.
• Coordinating project activities and managing project teams to ensure that all involved stakeholders are aligned and working towards project goals.
• Developing project timelines, work packages, project deliverables and other standard project management tools.
• Monitoring the project progress, towards identifying any deviation from the project plan.
• Communicating project progress, risks, and issues to project partners, stakeholders, and management.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reporting.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery and quality.
• Ensuring compliance with EU funding regulations and reporting requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
• Identifying and developing opportunities for project expansion or future funding.

Required skills

• Ability to manage and control project management responsibilities, including project objectives, requirements and constraints.
• Superb organizational skills, keen attention to detail and a proactive and responsible character.
• Strong presentation skills and a proactive character.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Capable to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary research groups in the context of international research and innovation projects.
• Flexible to travel abroad for short term periods.
