A leading MEP contractor specialising in the built environment, the company delivers complex mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across commercial buildings, public infrastructure, and healthcare facilities. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and precision delivery, the business is expanding rapidly through a series of major new-build and renovation projects across Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
As Senior Project Manager MEP some duties will be:
- Lead and coordinate all MEP technical office and project execution activities across major building assets, ensuring engineering integrity, contractual compliance (including Law 4412/2016), disciplined reporting, and delivery excellence.
- Collaborating closely with Design, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Building, monitoring, and updating MEP programmes and delivery schedules.
- Preparing and issuing MEP BoQs, valuations, payment analyses, and work measurements on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring strict compliance with procedures, quality standards, and public contract obligations.
- Monitoring project performance, identifying risks, analysing deviations, and implementing mitigation measures.
- Leading MEP coordination meetings, maintaining detailed records and formal minutes.
- Supporting budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control processes.
- Producing technical and financial reporting for senior management.
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 8+ years' experience in MEP project management within public works contracting
- Proven capability in MEP coordination, measurement & documentation
- Excellent reporting discipline, ethical standards, structured thinking
- Strong knowledge of PM tools / ERPs in public sector environment
- Speaks Greek and English
