Η εταιρεία APANECA, με χρόνια εμπειρία στο χώρο του καφέ, αναζητά υπάλληλο για το τμήμα τιμολόγησης και παραγγελιοληψίας του λογιστηρίου της.

Ο/η υπάλληλος είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την έκδοση παραστατικών, τη σωστή ενημέρωση λογιστικών υπολοίπων και τη γενικότερη υποστήριξη των οικονομικών διαδικασιών της εταιρείας. Παράλληλα εκτελεί βασικά γραμματειακά καθήκοντα, όπως επικοινωνία με πελάτες και αντιπροσώπους, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή ροή πληροφοριών μεταξύ των τμημάτων και την ακριβή τήρηση των αρχείων.

Κυρίες αρμοδιότητες:

· Έκδοση παραστατικών

· Παραγγελιοληψία

· Παρακολούθηση υπολοίπων

· Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση καταλόγων και πελατών

· Στατιστικοί πίνακες

· Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

· Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα αποθήκης και παραγωγής για τη διόρθωση αποκλίσεων και την επίλυση διαφορών

Requirements:


• Πτυχίο λογιστικής/οικονομικών επιθυμητό

· Καλή γνώση ERP συστημάτων, κατά προτίμηση γνώστης Pylon


• Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office


• Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

· Εμπειρία 1-2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση επιθυμητή

· Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου, οργάνωσης, και ανάθεσης προτεραιοτήτων

· Υψηλή αίσθηση υπευθυνότητας και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια

· Επικοινωνιακός χαρακτήρας
