Our English-speaking Customer Service Representatives create memorable moments across every call, email, and chat. If you have a passion for helping people and making an impact with every interaction, this role is for you.
Working as a Customer Experience Specialist, You Have:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience (strong asset)
- Effective communication skills
