Working As Customer Service Representative – English Speaker, You Have
- Full English proficiency
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a calm, solution-focused approach
