We are looking for motivated English-speaking professionals to join an international customer service team based in Athens. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a supportive environment, this opportunity is for you
What Youll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to English-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure smooth communication with internal teams.
- Contribute to a positive team spirit and meet performance goals.

Salary Conditions & Benefits
14 salaries per year (12 monthly + Easter + Summer & Christmas bonuses)

Contract
Permanent contract
- 40 hours per week (8h/day, 5 days a week)
Who You Are
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, patient, and empathetic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
