About the Role:

Join a global travel & booking company as a
Customer Service Representative
supporting Czech-speaking customers. You will assist travelers with bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role is available as
remote (if based in Greece)
or
on-site in Athens
with relocation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in
    Czech and English
    .
  • Assist with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure quality service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in
    Czech
    and good command of
    English
    .
  • EU citizen, Greek citizen, or EU residence card holder.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work remote (if already in Greece) or relocate to Athens.

Salary & Benefits:

  • €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
    (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split Summer/Christmas).

Relocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad):

  • 3 weeks' accommodation in a hotel near the office.

  • Candidates must arrive in Athens
    7 days before start date
    .
  • Relocated employees must work
    on-site for at least 3 months
    (unless they already have housing and a stable internet connection).
