Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση διαδικασιών πρόσληψης και ένταξης νέου προσωπικού
  • Διατήρηση και οργάνωση αρχείων εργαζομένων & συμβάσεων
  • Συνεργασία με τη διοίκηση για τη βελτίωση διαδικασιών HR
  • Συντονισμός, Παρακολούθηση, Διαχείριση Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας
  • Διαχείριση ακινήτων διαμονής του προσωπικού
  • Διαχείριση Βιβλίου Αδειών, Υπερωριών , Απολογιστικών Ωραρίων
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με την εργατική νομοθεσία και τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας
  • Συνεργασία με την Οικονομική Διεύθυνση και το Λογιστήριο της εταιρείας
  • Αξιολόγηση βιογραφικών, εύρεση προσωπικού.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία: Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον τομέα HR
  • Εκπαίδευση: Πτυχίο σχετικό με Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο (επιθυμητό)
  • Γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Δεξιότητες:
  • • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας & ομαδικής συνεργασίας
  • • Οργανωτικότητα & προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • • Χρήση Η/Υ και σχετικών HR/ERP συστημάτων καθώς και προγραμμάτων υπολογισμού μισθοδοσίας.
  • Γνώση : Εργατικής και Ασφαλιστικής Νομοθεσίας, Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Maintain and organize employee records and contracts
  • Collaborate with management to improve HR procedures
  • Coordinate, monitor, and manage the Digital Work Card system
  • Oversee staff accommodation properties
  • Manage the Vacation, Overtime, and Work Schedule Records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Liaise with the Finance Department and Accounting team
  • Screen CVs and recruit personnel

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    At least 5 years in a similar HR position
  • Education:
    Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Languages:
    Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR/ERP systems and payroll software
  • Knowledge:
    Labor & Social Security legislation, Digital Work Card system
