HR Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment and selection process
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Assist with HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR information and assistance
• Help manage and organize HR events, meetings, and trainings
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience in an HR administrative role or similar position is preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using HR software and MS Office suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
