Job Description
Scorpios is looking for an IT Assistant who will take responsibility to assist in maintaining daily operations and handling troubleshooting inquiries. The successful applicant will hold a strategic role within Scorpios Group in assisting the IT Administrator to everyday tasks and duties and taking up first & second level support cases.

Scorpios ecosystem includes

• POS Equipment (Printers, Service Stations, POS machines, etc.)
• Network (Ethernet, Wi-Fi)
• Hardware (PC, Laptop, Mac, Printers, etc.)
• CCTV (IP Camera, NVR)
• Online Services (Bookings, HR, etc)

Requirements

• Proven working experience at least 2 years in an IT Department or Helpdesk. Hospitality environment is considered desirable but not essential
• Relevant Graduate studies or proven informal / practical education
• Windows / Mac troubleshooting experience is desirable
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Good knowledge of Networking and cabling infrastructure principles
• Structured Cabling Hands On experience
• Good knowledge of English language.
• European Union Nationality with available working permission
• The role is subject to traveling between Athens and Mykonos.
