Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Piraeus for a Customer Service Operator. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing support to ensure satisfaction, managing incoming calls professionally, and maintaining excellent communication. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that high-quality service standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience or expertise in Customer Service practices
- Ability to handle customer requests efficiently and professionally
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
