Role Overview

As a
Senior Operator
within our
Commercial Department
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting TNL's commercial and operational activities in Cyprus. You will be responsible for managing service and sales operations, ensuring that all customer requirements are met efficiently, accurately, and in line with the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute service and sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and customer specifications
  • Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, and commercial documentation
  • Maintain close communication with customers, suppliers, and TNL's technical team to ensure smooth execution of operations
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of
    3 years of experience
    in a commercial, operations, or service coordination role within the
    maritime
    or
    marine electronics
    sector
  • Excellent
    organizational
    and
    multitasking
    skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong
    communication
    and
    interpersonal
    skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and partners
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    ; knowledge of
    SoftOne ERP
    or similar systems will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in
    English
    (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
