CONCEPTS SA is opening the recruitment process for the position of Customer Service & Invoicing.

Your job will play an integral role in the department of Customer Service:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling of inbound orders & invoicing
  • Co-ordination of order delivery with warehouse operations
  • Support of sales department in relation to customer service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service departments in commercial companies
  • Efficiency in issuing, recording, and verifying invoices - ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Experience in order management, providing invoicing details, and coordinating to ensure smooth commercial operations.
  • Working experience in ERP/CRM software (i.e., ATLANTIS, Entersoft)
  • Multitasking abilities and a collaborative team spirit
  • Intermediate English level (verbal & written)
