We are looking for a well-organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Service Officer
to join our Customer Care team, in
Piraeus office
. As a Customer Service Officer, you will help uphold our service standards and support the efficiency of our shipping activities.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Handle and coordinate customer queries related to shipments

· Monitor shipment progress, customer status, and delivery tracking

· Promote relevant products or services during customer interactions

· Contact customers and manage/coordinate system modifications when needed

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution and excellent service

· Promote digital experience and educate customers to fully move to digital journey

· Collaborating with other departments and manage communication between Different Teams

Requirements & Qualifications:

· University degree in Maritime, Business Administration or a related field

· Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping industry

· Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· A solutions-oriented, proactive team player

· Solid knowledge of geography (shipping-related)
