Job Description | Position Overview:

The Campus Director serves as the linchpin for the overall vision, leadership, and strategic direction of the campus. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, the effective management of campus operations, educational programs, admissions processes, financial aid distribution, career development services, and the upkeep of physical facilities. The Campus Director is also the primary point of contact between the campus and various stakeholders of upper management of the College, as well as the corporate departments of the College and its business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develops and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the campus's mission and goals.
• Operational Management: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Educational Excellence: Ensures that academic programs are delivered of high quality by the team.
• Student Experience: Works closely with staff to enhance the overall student experience, focusing on maximizing enrollment and retention.
• Financial Oversight: Manages all financial aspects, including budgeting the P&L, ensuring the delivery of agreed targets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintains open and effective lines of communication between the campus and its corporate departments, as well as with the community, peer institutions, business networks, and other bodies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that the campus adheres to all the regulations required.
• Team Management: Leads, mentors, and supervises professional staff members, fostering an environment of teamwork, high employee engagement and continuous professional growth.

Critical Experience & Qualifications | Candidate Profile:

• Educated to MSc Degree and preferably to PhD level.
• Professional experience in education management sector and / or business environment associated with established branch network.
• Strategic agility - Ability to present College status as a strategic point of reference, at a prestigious level.
• Ability to lead with autonomy end to end the team focusing on the achievement of strategic priorities & goals.
• Excellent staff management, organizational, prioritization and decision - making skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Experience in developing teams and providing guidance to manpower of a variety of seniority levels including providing constructive feedback, coaching and mentoring.
• Strong cross-functional partnering, team building, and networking skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation and conflict management skills in oral and written language
  .
• Proven experience in demanding business environment and familiarity with KPIs.
• Goal-oriented, with high commercial thinking, orientation to excellent service and high- performance mindset.
• Comprehensive understanding of profit and loss as well as budgeting (managing people, operating and capital costs, etc.)
• Ability to resolve complex issues and manage crises.
• Excellent use of Greek and English language.
