Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Imerovigli-Santorini, as a Front Desk Receptionist at Astra Suites. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling incoming calls with professionalism, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Additional duties include performing clerical tasks and ensuring smooth communication between guests, staff, and management to uphold the exceptional service standards of Astra Suites.

  • Excellent Communication skills
    , both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Outstanding
    Customer Service skills
    to ensure a welcoming and positive guest experience
  • Proficiency in office software and Fidelio PMS is a plus
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Greek and English
    is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory
