Front Office Manager – Katikies Mykonos

About the Role

Katikies Mykonos is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience. This role is central to the smooth daily operation of the hotel, acting as the bridge between guests, the front office team, and other departments.

Main Responsibilities

Guest Services

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing their needs promptly and courteously. Resolve any concerns efficiently, always aiming to enhance the overall guest experience.

Daily Operations

Supervise all front desk activities, including arrivals, departures, and reservations. Ensure proper use of hotel software and maintain up-to-date room availability in coordination with housekeeping.

Team Supervision

Guide, train, and schedule front office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure all team members are aligned with our service standards and brand philosophy.

Interdepartmental Coordination

Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery, especially for VIP guests and special arrangements.

Reporting & Procedures

Oversee daily transactions and billing accuracy. Prepare reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and front office performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency with front office systems such as Opera
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and guest relations skills
• Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced setting
