We are seeking an experienced 
Resident Manager

to join our team for the 
2026 season in Santorini

. The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for hospitality and a proven background in hotel operations, playing a key role in overseeing daily functions and ensuring an exceptional level of guest satisfaction across our properties. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, provide ongoing guidance and support, and implement effective strategies to elevate the overall guest experience. We're looking for a confident leader with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-focused, results-driven mindset. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train the hotel staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure smooth running of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures and responding to guest inquiries
  • Greeting guests, enhancing guests' relations, and promoting the company's services and facilities
  • Receiving guests' feedback while on-premises to ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and goal achivements
  • Inspecting hotel rooms, facilities and personnel to confirm the high quality of provided services
  • Create and implement policies and supervise procedures for all departments according company's SOPs and goals
  • Manage and monitor purchases according to budget and hotel's needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and lead by example
  • Reporting to the management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in boutique hotel management or a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant regulations
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Availability to work flexible hours
