Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified
Cost Controller
for
Financial Management Department
.

What you will need to do:

• Drive the preparation and analysis of the company's annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Conduct detailed variance analyses between actual and forecasted figures, identifying key business and financial drivers and proposing actionable insights
• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial planning and analysis (FP&A) procedures, delivering high-quality and timely reporting for management
• Produce monthly management reports and lead discussions on financial performance
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

What skills you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related
• Master's degree (M.Sc. or MBA) is considered as a strong plus
• Proven experience in a similar Controlling or FP&A role, ideally within an international group, listed company, or Big-4/professional services environment.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Power BI / Excel; experience with ERP systems and FP&A tools is an advantage. Familiarity with SAP system is a strong plus
