Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional remote support to Portuguese-speaking customers through multiple channels of communication.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges with efficiency.
  • Guide clients through product features and functionalities, ensuring they receive maximum benefit.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for reference and quality assurance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve support services and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your capabilities and stay current with product updates.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Technical acumen with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in remote support or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time in a remote work setting.
