What will you do?

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails in Portuguese

  • Provide high-quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner

  • Assist customers by offering solutions based on guidelines and processes

  • Collect necessary information and deliver accurate answers

  • Meet service standards, targets, and key performance indicators

Candidate profile

  • Proficient level of Portuguese and good command of English

  • Confidence, professionalism, and commitment

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Time management skills and flexibility for rotating or night shifts

  • Adaptability to customer needs and strong attention to detail

  • Advanced technical skills
