In this role, you will deliver personalised support to our esteemed Portuguese-speaking VIP clientele, ensuring a premium service experience at every touchpoint. Your dedication and expertise will significantly contribute to maintaining our brand's distinguished reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our VIP Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, offering customized solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams to resolve inquiries and client issues efficiently.
- Engage in continuous training to stay current with product knowledge and service excellence standards.
- Fluency in Portuguese is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Proven experience in VIP customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong dedication to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
