You will be an integral part of our support team, providing outstanding service to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them effectively use our mobile products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exemplary support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding mobile applications and devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobile-related products efficiently.
- Guide customers on using various mobile features and answer their queries.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions to facilitate quality assurance and improvement.
- Work alongside product teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated and acted upon.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong knowledge of mobile technology and applications.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
