So, what's the challenge...

As a UX Research & Analytics Manager, you'll be leading UX Research and Digital Analytics functions, generating actionable insights that shape user-centered digital strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and guiding evidence-based decision-making across digital assets, products, and services, all while staying aligned with the regulatory framework.

Your day to day will include:

  • Defining and executing a unified vision and roadmap for UX Research and Digital Analytics, ensuring alignment with product, design, and business goals
  • Establishing and governing research and analytics practices, including tools, KPIs, tagging, templates, and reporting standards
  • Translating user behavior and data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance digital journeys and experiences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Design, SEO, Digital Business Partners) to embed research and analytics throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring and supporting team members, fostering technical growth, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with OPAP's culture and goals
  • Promoting and advocating a data-informed, user-centric mindset across the organization, while staying up to date with global best practices and innovations

What you need to succeed:

  • BSc in Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in UX research, digital analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, usability testing, journey mapping, and behavioral analytics
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear, actionable stories
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing interdisciplinary teams, with excellent collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
