Euronet is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join the newly structured and growing product development team of Throo, an exciting greenfield project, building the next big thing on wallets & payments. Numerous consumers and merchants in Greece and elsewhere will enjoy this innovative digital platform.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing the user experience of our digital loyalty & payments platform with a special focus on mobile interfaces.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that not only meet user needs but also drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Lead the design process from concept to delivery, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design of both mobile and web interfaces.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide the design process.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems on own initiative and via well-structured user research.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements
  • University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital marketplace/ecosystem or in a consumer-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Fluency in English language (written & spoken).
  • Must have legal right to work in the European Union without a visa sponsorship needed.
