We are looking for a
UI/UX Designer
to join our team

Responsibilities

  • Create concepts, flows, layouts, mock-ups and prototypes
  • Optimize existing UI designs
  • Conduct user/client research and evaluate user/client feedback
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Conduct competitor analysis and bring a new perspective
  • Participate in project meetings, designing and delivering presentations
  • Prepare project deliverables, and progress reports
  • Translating requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and presenting them
  • Research and showcase industry's latest trends and technologies where applicable
  • Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify UX patterns

Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5 years in similar position
  • Portfolio of UI/UX designs for both desktop and mobile

Education

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), UI/UX design or equivalent degree
  • Master's degree is a plus

Professional

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Gimp etc.
  • Working knowledge of inVision, Figma or other equivelant software
  • Strong knowledge of current UI/UX principles of Material Guidelines or other competing design systems, best practices and design processes
  • Proficient knowledge of prototyping tools, such as Figma
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android Design Systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Create digital assets for email marketing, social media and web
  • Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
  • Able to communicate designs, ideas, and solutions
  • CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Excellent use of English (oral, written, understanding)
