ACG is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX designer to join our innovative team in the accounting industry. As a UI/UX designer at ACG, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital products to ensure they meet the high standards of usability and functionality our clients expect. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and user-friendly designs that improve client satisfaction and engagement. Your expertise in user research and design principles will be critical in understanding client needs and translating them into effective design solutions. This role requires a passion for creating impactful user experiences and a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced in the accounting industry. Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface design and user experience solutions.
  • Test designs through user testing to gather feedback and refine the user experience.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and industry standards for accessibility and usability.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Document design processes and create design specifications for developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the accounting or finance sector.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess user feedback and apply them to design improvements.
