Let's start with the role:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team in our offices in Athens. In this role you will shape how our customers experience our product, and be a key force in operationalising design research and UX/UI excellence across the organisation.

As a UI/UX Designer you will:

  • Own and evolve the Pricefox Design System, establishing scalable components, patterns, and interaction models that drive user adoption on
  • Maintain design documentation that clearly explains usage, rationale, and behaviour for components, and patterns
  • Collaborate with engineering to align on UI implementation
  • Contribute to and actively improve Instapro/Angi's visual language, UI foundations, design frameworks, and accessibility standards
  • Leverage UX research and usability insights to inform system decisions and patterns
  • Stay current with best practices and innovations in design systems and front-end technologies

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, or equivalent skills demonstrated through a strong portfolio
  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
  • Experience with Figma, Miro or similar tools
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
  • Experience working with user qualitative and quantitative feedback, and take data-driven decisions
  • A strong, user-centered design portfolio demonstrating the ability to transform insights into meaningful product solutions for real-world business use cases.
