The Role in a Nutshell

If you're nodding along, we want you on our team We're on the lookout for a UX Researcher to help us deeply understand our users and design experiences that truly resonate.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Planning and conducting user research studies (interviews, surveys, usability testing, field research, etc.)
  • Analyzing findings and transforming data into actionable insights
  • Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and developers to shape user-centered solutions
  • Advocating for the voice of the user across the product lifecycle
  • Presenting findings in a clear, engaging way to stakeholders

Your Key Strengths

  • 3 years of experience in UX research or related field
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into simple, compelling insights
  • A team player who's curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented
