IT Murex Consultant

We are seeking an
experienced IT Murex Consultant
to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Murex financial system modules, including MX Test, Back Office, Interfaces, and Reporting.
This role is fully remote
and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact financial applications within an international and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain
  Murex MX Test

  Interfaces

  Reporting
  modules
• Support business stakeholders during
  requirements gathering
  and
  test activities
• Lead technical deliverables from
  design and build
  through
  testing and production deployment
• Ensure cross-team coordination for successful implementation and rollout
• Develop and review design documentation in collaboration with business users
• Create
  UAT test cases
  , execute
  non-regression tests
  using
  Mxtest
  , and participate in
  go-live sign-off
• Provide expert support throughout the
  User Acceptance Testing
  phase

Required Experience & Skills

Technical Expertise

• Minimum
  10 years of experience
  with
  Murex financial systems
  in banking or financial institutions
• Minimum
  4 years
  of
  Back Office
  implementation experience
• Minimum
  5 years
  of
  Reporting
  and
  Interface
  implementation experience
• Minimum
  4 years
  of hands-on experience with
  Mxtest
  (non-regression testing)

Strong configuration expertise in:

• Murex Back Office
• Reporting
• Onyx / Mxtest implementation
• Dynamic tables, trade lifecycle, simulation views, trade queries
• P&L, market value, and risk figures
• DataMart reporting and one-stop processing

Functional Knowledge

• Deep understanding of
  Fixed Income
  ,
  Money Markets
  ,
  Interest Rate Swaps
  ,
  Cross-Currency Swaps
  , and
  FX derivatives
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Back Office, Middle Office, and Risk teams

Soft Skills

• Excellent
  English communication
  (C1/C2 level)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
• Integrity, reliability, and ability to build strong working relationships

Education & Certifications

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Contract Details

• Duration:
  4 years (possible starting date: April 2026)
• Workload:
  Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Location:
  Fully remote within Europe
